ABOUT CARLOTTA

Hey, my name is Carlotta and I’m an artist, photographer and creative based in Northern Germany. I have been making art almost my whole life, inspired by the nature around me, horses and many other animals. As someone with various passions, I juggle commissioned pet portrait work for clients all over the world, filling sketchbooks with doodles, taking photos of earth’s creations and all sorts of other fun, creative endeavors.

The time that I’m not found leaning over an artwork, I’m probably out converting our van into a tiny studio on wheels, foraging wild plants and mushrooms, cuddling animals, making music or just drinking a cup of tea in nature.

I am; inspired by nature, everyday life, wilderness, simple beauty, the space in between, the steadiness of my breath, how the light falls through the trees and dances on the street, by all beings, fantasy, my inner world, by the color green, shades of warmth, by hope, sudden changes, the love that everyone and everything is capable of. I am inspired by living.
